A.Dear Client,
Step 1. First try to obtain a Legal Heir Certificate on the basis of Death Certificate and other things will follow gradually.
Step 2. Aadhar Card will give the Bank Information.Go to the Bank.Look for Account Number and money withdrawal details.
Step 3. PAN Card will give you his Ban Account Number and Financial Status
I fail to understand how can he sell your mother's jewellery?
How can he had access to your mothers locker?
Presumably in connivance with a Bank employee.
File a Case against Bank as well.
Shanti Ranjan Behera,
Advocate

Dear Client my brother Lawyer Shanti Ranjan Behera has given u correct advice . Follow it . By Adhar card and Pan card u may know the account number of your father. Go to the bank and inquire about it. Before starting litigation go and see that if any balance is there in your fathers' account ? If all the money has been withdrawn by fraud then contact again for further advice.
