A.Agar apne muvajva nahi uthaya hai to apko abhi muvaja milane ke liye application file karni chahiye. aur aap approch kar sakte hai ki aap ko muvajva ki rakam byaj ke sath diyi jaye. Aur mai ye janna chahunga ki apki jamin shasan konse prakalp ke liye liyi huyi hai. Agar aapki jamin maharashtra ke Cidco jaise prakalp mai gayi hai to apko maharashtra shasan ke resolution ke anusar jamin adhigrahan sandarbh case file karke jo jamin ka bhav diya gaya hai vo uchit nahi hai aisa apka kehna hoga to aap shasan se us dauran jo jamin ka shasan rate tha uske anusar aaj tak byaj ke sath rakam pa sakte hai. Jise LAR Case kaha jata hai. Aaj ki tarikh me hajaro LAR case Cidco jaise shaskiy santha ke khilap court me darj hai.

A.डियर क्लाइंट आपकी जमीन का अधिग्रण साल २००० मे हुआ था तो उसे रेट से मुआवजा मिलेगा . आपने मुआवजा नहीं उठाया है तो उसका रेट नहीं बड गया है. यदि आप वही पैसा लेकर बैंक मे फ डी कर देते तो आपको फायदा होता.
