A.Dear Client As per normal course name in High School Certficte can not be changed ordinarly for men.
Ladies change their surname after marriage. So the first question is that why u have changed your name ? Publication comes afterwards. For example Ramkumar changes his name as Shyamkumar to avoid arrest in criminal case or to deceive his money lenders or bank but it can not be allowed. So tell me why r u changing your name and then I will guide u.
