wrong survey number mentioned in uyil wrong survey number mentioned in uyil

As per the recent court judgement, ancestor land is divided into four (Man(M1),3 sons(S1,S2,S3)).

But a few years back M1 wrote uyil to Daughter(D1), mentioning that his(M1) partition is for Daughter(D1), But in the uyil he mentioned wrong survey number.

Both(M1 and D1) expired a few years back, so they are not available at the moment, but only children(1 son,1 daughter) of D1 is available.

What will happen to uyil, due to the wrong survey number?

Hi Sir, Thank you for your response.

Both(M1 and D1) is not available now, as they expired a few years back,

Will children(1 son,1 daughter) of D1 is able to update the uyil(which written in 1990)?

Dear Client,
After the death, you must have received the Death Certificate I presume.
Death Certificate is the pre requisite to get the legal heir Certificate.
Legal heirs are legally entitled to do changes in the land records if they so desire.
Legal heir Certificates are issued by the Government and Land Records will also be changed by the
Government.
