Motor vehicle sale issue Motor vehicle sale issue

Sir, My car was affected by the recent Kerala floods and is declared as TOTAL LOSS by the insurance company . But they will be settling the claim on salvage loss basis only. So I have sold my car to a salvage buyer on the basis of Salvage quotations arrived by them
The salvage buyer gives the amount quoted by him in cash and he gives a sale letter and proof of his id. Then the balance amount vof the IDV is settled by the insurance company . I have given signed Forms 29 & 30 to him and he says he will repair the vehicle and sell it . What should I do , if he doesn't do transfer of ownership within a reasonable period of say 90 days ?
