How much income tax and gst is on non-profit organisation?
If I have 1 crore rupaye in my non-profit organisation ,then , can I donate this money to any person? ( With receipt or without receipt)

A.Dear Client,
1.There is no Tax on NGOs.
2.There must be a legitimate ground for donation
3.Your donation has to be made as per the bye laws /Constitution of your organisation either to an individual or to an organisation.
4.Receipt is certainly needed to bring transparency and also for tax exemption.

There is no Tax on NGOs.
1. If I donate 10 lakh to a poor person from my NGO's bank account, then, I don't have to pay tax on that 10 lakh, Am I Right?
2. If my NGO is registered under 80g , then, if any business donate money to my NGO directly from it's current account, then , how much tax rebate that business will get?
3. Can a business donate all it's money to my NGO from it's current account?
