NGT Rule - 75 meters in buffer zone NGT Rule - 75 meters in buffer zone

i have bought a land in a layout in Bangalore which has around 30 sites which was formed about 20 years ago . Many people have constructed houses in the layout . This is a A Khata site and under the BBMP . The site is around 40 meters from a nearby lake. However due to the rule by the NGT that a buffer zone should be 75 m instead of the previous 30 m , i am finding it difficult to get permission from bbmp for construction of house
what will happen to the houses that have already been constructed and people are living there for years ? I am also not able to decide what to do further since i have spent my life savings to purchase the land and want to construct a house.

Please advise ?

A.Dear Client,
Option 1. Obey what the law says.Laws are made to help the people and not to harass the people.
Option 2. Since laws changes with change of time, this might change as well. But you have to wait.Do not know when..
Option 3.Find out a Real Estate Lawyer from Bangalore through Vidhikarya.com who can do the job.
