My peternal grandmother gifted a property i.e a house in gunfoundry hyd to me and my only brother when we were 1and1/2,2and1/2years old respectfully. And also registered. I got married when I was 24 years old.i started living with my in-laws.After 5 years my brother got married and within 4 months my grandmother died with cancer. Before one month of her death my brother cancelled the gift deed and made Will as written by my grandmother that all the property on his name. My question is is that cancellation legal? My mother father also signed on the cancellation. I did not sign anywhere.
Also my mother had 2 plots in medchal for which me and my brother are nomineesto each.

A.Dear Client,
Once the property is gifted to you it cannot be cancelled.
2. The property gifted may cancelled through the process of the court that gift deed executed by way of fraud or coercion then only court has power to cancel the gift deed.
3.The registered gift is irrevocable. The donor cannot revoke it, once you gifted the property it can't be cancelled by the person who gifted the property for any reason........ ... A gifted property cannot be taken back once the gift deed is registered and stamped.
