Given money on agreement but not getting my money return

I have given an amount of Rs.50000 to a person for 1 year as per agreement and now the tenure is over and he is not returning the money back. What step do I need to take?

A.dear client kindly issue a legal notice and file suit for recovery of money.

A.Dear Client,
If the Agreement has been done in the right order in the court of law then you have the right to go to file suit as per the law of the land.There is nothing special about it.Hope you are aware about the money lending act.
