1. A load carrying 3 wheeler vehicle is registered in the name of my company
2. The vehicle meets with an accident where a) my driver who is a company employee, b) a helper who is contracted by the company and not a company employee and c) a third party commuter are killed.
3. The vehicle is insured, my company employee is insured. However contractor is not insured.

In the above case what are the liabilities that my company will carry.

A.Dear sir, there are three parties, victime defaulter and insurance company. mostly it is liability of insurance co. to indemnify. Fordetails., pl. contact some advocate through vidhikarya.com

A.Dear Shankar Ji,
As per the law it is the Insurance Company who will pay the compensation.
But a lot depends on the fitness of the vehicle,papers related to the vehicle,driver, PM Report,Police Report etc.
Better to get in touch with an Advocate doing MACT cases.

A.Dear Sir,
As per policy terms liability will be decided. Since you have insured you are safe only to the extent of legalized clauses for illegal transportation of any person there in you will be held responsible alonw with the driver.
