And parivarik hinsa se mahilao ka rakshan adhiniyamn ki kalam - 12,18,19,20,22 anvaye

Contact Indian Embassy to get documentary evidence of their marriage, if their marriage has been registered before the Indian Embassy. Once you collect the documentary evidence that he has remarried, you can then lodge FIR u/s 494/495 IPC for bigamy and his second marriage will be void. This will be more effective and his visa will get cancelled. He will be deported back to India.

If you unable to collect the documents, then you can contact me to guide you to get such documents.

Shayd to nhi kiya he par India me registered kiya tha vah Marriage certificate mere pas he jo shadi ke turant bad surat me hi karvaya tha.

Usne dusri shadi kar li fir ak sal bad mje divorce dene ke liye mere husband aur unki family valo ne dhamki bhi di thi par mene mna kar diya use aur kha divorce to me kabhi nhi dungi..
