A.file an application u/s 125 CrPC for maintenance for your 2 daughters. You can obtain a decree of for dissolution of your marriage on the ground of cruelty i.e his indulgence into sexual relationship with other women under Dissolution of Muslim Marriages Act, 1939,
Note: you should refer your case to the qazi (judge) so that he can correspond with your husband and order him to return. If he does not return, then the judge may rule as he sees fit, either divorce or annulment of the marriage.
