On November 5 2018 I took the Punjablottery.gov.in Diwali bumper ticket from online partner cashfree.com. in which the references number is not generated owns the payment is made. then again made payment by me and then generate the reference number but ticket not delivered. And my payment is 2 time detect. And not received the ticket and lottery drow open is 14 november18 Sir please help this matter and solve my problem.
