1 Why u want to do court marriage before social maariage ?

3 U can get your marriage registered after social marrige and it is as solid as cort marriage ?

4 Dear client when we construct a house then we think that if we use the more cement more iron the building will last long but dear client the same thing is not applicabe in human relations. The relationship of husband wife depends on mutual trust love and affection .

Dear Client,
Yes, you have to give the dates and it has to be performed within certain dates.
2. DM or District magistrate has nothing to do with it.
Normally this is done by much Junior Officer even lower than the Additional District Magistrate.
Of course I do not know your State of origin or State of domicile.
It is the job of the Marriage Registrar who will solemnize the marriage and issue marriage certificate.
