We are separated since Jan 2018. My jewellery and other staff are at my inlaws house... I want to go there to get those. If they doesn't want to back my jewellary... What should I do? Now I m leaving kollata. And inlaws stays bangalore

A.your jewellery and other staffs are your streedhan which includes gifts you received during or after your marriage. Send a legal notice through an advocate, mentioning in details about those articles and the day when you will visit bangalore to collect those articles in the presence of your advocate. If they don't release your articles when you're in Bangalore then lodge a complaint with the local police station. When you will be filing for divorce, you can mention of the same for the refund of those articles in your divorce application

sir, i dont want to file divorce. i have a 9th month old baby girl. and i m not working till now. he does not help financialy. husband told i have to written when i will get my staff. what should i do? now i dont have a money to file a case. so what should i do now?

1,If it is your jewellery, you have the right to get back.
2.First, talk to them decently to return your Jewelry, if they do not listen, then talk to the Police and file a Case.Simple.
