I have conducted haadbust servoy of my private land and got report from adlr that the adjecent landlords have encroached certain extent of my land.how to evict the encroachers and recover my land back to me.

Boundary servoy has been done .but authorities not evicting the encroachers.i suspect they have colluded with opposite party.i have approached thashildar.dc.adlr everybody telling that they have no powers to evict in private land
