bank account freeze due to false complaint

My Axis bank account has been frozen by gujarat cyber crime department due to false complaint given by the person who is bought USDT in binance from me. I Already contacted gujarat cyber cell and provided all proofs still no response from the police. plz share your thoughts and advices on this case.
