Sir,my house where three old rented shops are there when road widening is been started very soon..Sir my Q is when work will execute some land of shops will left behind..So is tenancy get terminate? Or shop keeper have right on remaining portion of their shops

A.Dear Client,
If land is to be acquired by the State under
The Right to fair Compensation and Transparency in land
Acquisition,Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act,2013, the State has to pay
compensation to the land owner.You do not come in to picture in any way.
You settle your matter with the land lord.

A.facts not clear. Legal opinion cannot be delivered without complete facts. From your writing it seems you're the landlord and you want to terminate the tenancy agreement. If that be so, need to review the tenancy agreement for termination clauses. Supply more informations.
