Void Marriage

I had married on 22.09.16 .as per Hindu special marriage act we have applied for registry on 22.08.16 before one month of my marriage and registration has made on 22.09.16. After one year of my marriage I came to know that my wife had married earlier and they filed for divorce on 20.09.16 as mutual consent.Court has been given order for their decree of marriage on 20.08.17 and order has mentioned that they are not living together more than one year.
Now I will be proved that my marriage is void at court.

A.Yes definitely as on the date of application legal divorce was not there.

A.Your question is not clear that what you wanted to ask. Assuming that you are asking whether your marriage is valid or not the answer is that your marriage is void and is not valid. Since the woman you married was still not divorced so your marriage is not valid.

If she filed her divorce as mutual consent on 20.9.16, and decreed of their marriage on 20.8.17 by court.In the meantime she married to me on 22.9.16. Now my question is our marriage is valid or not as per Schedule court current verdict about waived of 6 months cooling off period.
