Commission NOT PAID BY Real Estate Brokerage Firm Commission NOT PAID BY Real Estate Brokerage Firm

Dear Concerned, I worked as an agent for a real estate brokerage firm named Raj Nandini Estates Pvt. Ltd and arranged a meeting with buyer to book a flat in noida extention. After booking done by that buyer in May 2014,I got a credit note of 2% as a commission and assured by them that as real estate company would received 40% money of the flat from buyer, they would release my commission. Now buyer has already got flat possession, but I dndn't got my commission.I am following up but they are not releasing my money. They just replied on email few months back and they told that they would release my money but no progress till date. So my question is what is the possiibility to get my money and if YES then is there any possibility to get with interest. Regards, Ajai Misra

A.Dear Mr Mishra,
First issue the legal Notice. If it is solved then it is fine.
Next step is to file the suit in the court of law if you have the papers in the right order.
