No reply for legal notice
Hi
I was a former employee of HCl technology Bangalore. I resigned because I was not getting proper payment. But HR asked 45days time for settlement but no reply from them. It's been 6months no reply at all.
When I enquire they will say that they will get back to me. I have sent a legal notice also through vidikarya only... But no use.
Please suggest how to proceed further.

A.Since they have chosen to remain silent and you should move the court and file a case against them. In my experience most ot he companies try to avoid court cases and probably they will go for settlement.
