Does Detailed General power of attorney given by parents to child (blood releation)attracts stamp duty and registration charges ) and if in the power sale right r given on there behalf to receive consideration and execute it does it attracts stamp duty and registration charges

A.You should get get the power of attorney registered to make it legally valid document. Whenever you want a legal document to be registered with Sub Registrar you will have to pay the stamp duty and registration charges. Regardless of what rights are given it will attract stamp duty and registration charges

A.According to the supreme court judgment u cannot transfer property to any other person. Real owner must be present at the time of registration
