Dear Sir/Madam,
Our society was with Admin and after almost 8 month new society came to existence by election. Now flat owners are asking for maintenance payment receipt they made during Admin's time. And Admin has not handed over that to new society. How can we sort this issue? Please suggest.

A.Hello,
As per the facts you have mentioned it is advisable to you to kindly have a meeting with the society members and developers for settlement of dispute.

A.Dear Client
In that case you need to formally prepare a resolution in the board meeting seeking all the previous information on financial management from the admin and he is bound to provide the details.

A.Dear Sir,
You have to get issue a legal notice and also lodge a complaint with the concerned Government Authority so that admin is forced to give receipts for having received maintenance charges.
