Girl's brother is threatening to lodge FIR and file case of dowry against us for not willing to marry his sister after seeing her
You can also file a FIR writing everything in detail.

Sir I've already written a letter to our commissioner with all details and now I want to know what next to be done because recently his friend called me offering that if I pay 1lakh rupees as per his demand he will not file any FIR or case otherwise he will lodge the c FIR which he read me out during his video call with me. Please advice me what to do next

Sir he is threatening to lodge FIR based on our phone recordings during which he claims to have talked about what they are offering but we are quite sure we never directly asked to give us anything although it is they who offered on which we expressed our consent,though till date we haven't taken any thing from them

He is threatening that he has audio recordings of our conversations during which he repeatedly asked for giving account number so that he could transfer money now he is using it as a weapon that we've been demanding dowry so he file case
