Posture on wall of massage boy

Dear Sir
If I put posture on wall of mumbai bridges or on railway platforms, written on that " massage boy at home, call : 916812XXXX". Is it a crime according to indian law or not. Please reply.

A.Dear Client,
You simply can not do it.
You have to do it through the Agency who has taken the space on Rent for a particular Financial Year.
The persons pays Revenue/money to the Railways for advertising.
If you do it you are violating the law and you have to pay more money towards fine and other expenses which is higher than the advertising cost.

A.Without permission of the concerne department u cannot use it for Ur buissnes. U will need permission from concern department otherwise it is offence
