college not providing leaving certificate , statement of marks

my daughter discontinued Arch.course in pune on Medical grounds.she took admission to kolhapur INterior design. pune college only provided leaving certificate(L.C) ,but not issued statement of marks of second year that she appeared also one more copy of L.C IS REQUIRED FOR MIGRATION Certificate. they are not providing both documents.i have filed case in consumer court in pune. i want to know whether case can be transfered to my resident district which is solapur. kindly guide me in this regard. thanks

This has to be in the territorial jurisdiction of the Consumer Court where the college is located.
if you feel that the demands are genuine then you can ask for transfer of the case where your daughter is studying. Better to take the help of some consumer forum of the state where they provide the free legal aid.
