I had been working in company' since 1year 10 month and company hold my insentive aprox 9 month after that i have resigned for some issue and company denied to give my insentive with my FNF

A.Dear Client,

In the absence of the terms and conditions of your employment letter, it is difficult to respond to your query suitably. In case your resignation is accepted, the Company is duty bound to release your payment against F & F settlement including your unpaid incentives if it is payable to you. You can serve a legal notice to your Company on the subject.
In case no suitable response is received, reach out to the Office of Labour Commission concerned and post your grievance before the authority for redressal and failing which you can file an application u/s.33C(2) of I D Act before the Labour Court claiming unpaid dues from the employer.
