Private limited Company Incentive payment
5 years ago
I have resigned from a private limited company almost 2 years now. That Company has to pay me incentives worth 2.75 Lakhs. They have mentioned this amount in a Company letter head and given to me. In spite of many followups there is no response from them. Is there a chance that I can file a legal case against them with the help of letter head as proof. Please advice.
