The company i am working with, wants to introduce alternate saturday off. In the same premises, there is factory and corporate office.
Can we have 48 hour week for factory workers and 54 hour week with alternate saturdays off for supervisory, managerial and administrative staff.

Try to know if they have two legal status, instead of one, but the premises is the same.

A.Yes,you can have for Factory workers and corporate office and you can take prior approval or intimate the concerned Facorty Inspectors Office on your working hours,as the factory workers are governed by the Factory's Act.
