Is employee liable to pay damages

Will an employee be liable to pay for damages to the employer(company), if the employee breaches the bond by leaving the company before the completion of bond-period, under the following circumstances:
1) employer didn't pay salaries regularly(i.e. discontinuity in salaries) and in-time.
2)employer didn't incur any expenses in training the employee
3)no post-exit clauses ?
