Hi,
I am a tenant. My landlord has filed eviction suit against me.
Due to increasing member. I may have to purchase new flat or land to occupy member.
Will this impact on my ongoing case?
Should I buy other land or flat ?
Any suggestions ? What should I do?

First, you should vacate.
Second, as you have stated the number of increase of the members of the family you need to
have accommodation for them.Whether you have the flat or land is immaterial which depends on the financial capacity. But, finally you need accommodation sooner or later.
