Sir / Madam, I am owner of a flat under Co-operative Housing Society, residing in the same with my family since 1998. Society in 2018 has expelled me from my membership under Rule 133 of West Bengal Co-operative Societies Rules 2011, however approval / disapproval of my expulsion is pending with the Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Government of West Bengal, Kolkata. Meanwhile Society has directed me to vacate my flat within 30 days and hand it over to the Society. I apprehend Society would be filing an eviction suit against me. In such cases is eviction possible ? Please advise what to do next.
