I filed for divorce on my wife on cruelty ground. I suffered a lot with her so now I want to leave her. She also has a past adultery after marriage and I pardoned her for that and stayed with her because of my son. This happened 6yrs back. Can I take her past adultery has cruelty on me. One of my friend said u can't use her past adultery now. I have the SMS data of her with that guy....is only SMS data is sufficient to prove adultery. Any photos and videos are required ha...I have only SMS data.... there is a confession msg ,is it possible to get divorce easily through that. Does it help me in divorce and maintenance case

A.Cruelty and adultry is ground for divorce,but if the other party contest it will lead to complication & time issues,better try for mutual consent and separation,you can take assistance from an expert family matter lawyer from this panel to take up the issue in all aspects quickly.

A.Dear Client,
Try to sort it out amicably.
First, try for divorce with mutual consent.Now if she agrees that will be faster.
Otherwise it will take time.
Talk to your conducting lawyer who will tell you more on the subject.
Yes, this can be taken as an evidence.
