IAM studying degree 1st year my mother passed away my father had a second marriage from then he started neglecting me and my sister we do not have financial support to study and for basic needs if anyone will support us my father started quarrelling with them evary one shows concern but no one is coming forward to talk in some cases he used to beat us both iam unable to concentrate on my studies he is willing to leave us both what to do

A.if you are minor then you cn get. your sister get support till her marriage. file application under section 125 of CrPC
