We have purchased sc/ st govt granted sites which belongs to sc/st community in 2006 and got registered at bangalore sub register office. Now their children's are asking for more money and not allowing me to construct the house, the owners have restored the property by same tactics in 2001 and got it back through Thasildar Sub Court Office using PTCL act order. Now the owner is sold the same restored property to others, i want to know whether if we go to court and file a case and get back my sites which we have purchased in 2006.

A.Dear Mr Muru A,
Once the property is sold and completed all the legal formalities in the Court of Law it can not be taken back nor can be sold to some body else in a later date. The best option for you would be to file a case along with all relevant papers so that others will be benefited from this case.
