Want to get rid of Want to get rid of

Hi,
After i become a widower, I got married to a girl who is actually not willing to make a family. She was actually looking for someone who can afford her. I had to get married because of my son. After marriage i left my son with her in Kolkata but he was not doing well so i took him back to me in hyderabad. When asked why he is not willing to stay there, he told me that she used to beat him. She is only concern about her and not about the family. When i am still looking after my son as a single parent then what is the point of being with her. Why should i spend my hard earned money on her. Please sir, tell me how to get rid of her. Thanks

A.Dear Mr Moitra,
Since you want to get rid of her,the best option for you would be to file a Divorce with mutual consent which will be over within 6 months and you have to alimony.
Just decide and take action.

A.Since you do not want to continue with the marriage then it then case you can go for dissolution marriage by divorce and it is well known a fact that Mutual Consent Divorce is the best way to go about it. Having said that you also will have to be aware that yo will have to either pay her one time alimony or monthly maintenance as agreed by both of you and ascertained by the court.
