Thanku mam for your response. But he is not willing to stay with me he is forcing me to give divorce but i refused i need my husband back for my daughters life. Whrn i told that i put case means he told that police take bribes and do not put vase on me.i am dependent. My father is expired i have my old mother only. So many times i begged him to leave illegal affaits as daughter is growing but he is not listening and continuing same.

I understand Ur concern Mam . First u lodge a police complaint.. against Ur husband and his GF...if they will give bribe also No worries..u will have the proof of lodging police complaint in record...then u can file DV case..( Domastic violence) and claim maintenance from Ur husband..if u r from Bangalore..pl contact me.

Hi sir,
He did not marry anyone else. But having affairs . My daughter is asking her father to come back. He is giving maintainence.
But he is not interested to come back. I have warned his girl friends so many times but they taken my words easily.
Everyone in our apartments are asking abt my husband where he has gone living u and ur child. What to do sir. We need protection .

Hi sir,
Thanks for your response. I did not ask for divorce or i need space. I need my husband back for my 10 years daughter. How can i get rid of his affairs. Tell me the solution. There is no law for illegal relations. He is forgetting family responsibility. Iam dependent.

Hi sir,
What about the future of my daughter. My husband dint give single rupee in mutual understanding. He wants me to go to my parents house. I have only my mother. She is too old. I dont want him to go for illegal affairs i cant adjust like this. Please help me giving a suggestion which helps my daughtets life.

Thanks for your response sir. Upto now he is giving maintainence. But further no guarantee. Iam staying alone with 10 years daughter. He has so many affairs. He is not interested to answer my questions . What to do sir. Giw can i change my husband

Dear Ms Bhanu,
First of all, you should ask him strongly and firmly that you are not going to divorce him and if he is in need of divorce, the doors of the court are always open for him, from where he can obtain divorce as and when required by him. Secondly, it is your right to reside with your husband because you are his legally married wife. Hence, you should trace out the current residence of your husband and should start to live with him forcefully. Thirdly, you can lodge a complaint for domestic violence against him. Fourthly, you can file a petition u/s 9 of the HMA for the restitution of conjugal rights, but if you are going to opt this method, you shouldn't start to live with your husband.
