A.Dear Madam,
This is not come under Civil.It will come under MACT.
There is no fixed rate.
Claims are awarded depending on several factors...
age of the person, education, present occupation, monthly income, present health status, how the person has been affected, medical expenses, dependents on the income of the person, etc. Normally the amount varies from 10 lakhs to30 lakhs.
