Khatha Transfer Rejection

Sir, we had bought a plot in a private layout in chikkathogur south bangalore. Before buying had done verification of the documents which seemed genuine, also got loan from sbi for the same. After registration when we applied for Khatha transfer in our name, got rejection letter from BBMP stating that the Khatha is going to be cancelled due to objection raised by a third party on the Khatha division process. What are the options before us ? Have been paying the loan emi for more than an year now without any idea as to how the issue will get resolved. Had filed a RTI to find out the reason for the rejection but got a response saying that the file has been sent to Bommanahalli office for inquiry. Builder is only asking us to wait with no proper answer.
Best option for you would be to get the services of a local good Real Estate Lawyer.
Secondly you can ask for the certified copy of the order passed against you.
Presumably your conducting Lawyer must have explained these to you.

You are in danger situation better immediately all payments and cancel the contract with builder and ask entire refund including emi and damages failing which go to consumer forum.
if you wish to bear torture then only continue the relationship with builder.
