Forest opeain in land tribunal case

I have 5 acres of land in hosanagar tq it's allotted in 1962 after that in 1979 land tribunal was ordered 5 acres to Mr.Ramaswammi in 1981 Forest working plan was making a map of 284.34 acres in Surrey office that was 295.18 acres . In that map they mentioned Mr.Ramaswammi has given only 3 acres in 1991 Karnataka gazette was ordered beliong that map still they were cultiwatin in 5 acres what do now?

A.Dear Mr Krishna Mohan,
Have you given boundary in your land?
Has your land been encroached?
If yes, approach the Authority immediately through a local Civil Lawyer
who is also well versed in Local Laws( State Laws of the State where you are domiciled).

Dear sir gazette issued in 1991 but I noticed when I go to pakapodi process . After 27 year's it's possible to get stay order is possible?? Can I call you sir ? Or I can meet you with all records with me?
