My salary due of three month and bonus total Rs.about 127000/_from Sep.17 please suggest what can I do. Due in pvt Ltd co.

Where lies the problem?
When it is expected to be solved or sorted out?
Ask your due.
If the company takes more than what is due then serve a Legal Notice.
This should be the last resort.

A.Send a legal notice to your employer asking for the same and also specify a particular time period within which they have to pay you all the dues, failing which you will be bound to take legal action. If they pay you within the specified time period then it is fine. But, if they don't then you will have to file a money suit asking your employers to pay back the money in the city civil court having competent jurisdiction to try this matter.
