For circulation

Dear Sir/Ma'am,
I request you to give me your valuable advice on following matter: I had filed PIL in Bombay High Court on 04/01/2018. On the website of Bombay High Court, in case status it is showing following remarks: (1) "for circuation dt 25/1/19 chief justice" and (2) "READY FOR CIRCULATION DT : 25/01/2019". What is its meaning?
A.Dear Sir/Madam,
Better to get in touch with concerned High Court to get the right information and meaning also.
For us, after case is registered it is Admission hearing. There it is decided whether the case has the merits to continue/carry on. Once it is admitted in admission hearing the normal hearing starts. This is standard practice. But, you are saying something different.
