How much time it takes generally to file for Anticipatory Bail in High Court, and what documents are needed ?

A.It will be dependent on lawyer. At least one to two days procedure

A.certified copy of F I R and order SHEET of lower court is necessar. Scrutiny takes more time if you cannot manage staff.
