How strong is allegation of section 420

A.Depends from case to case. You can always try filing a quashing petition.

A.Dear Sir,
Normally once charge sheet is filed such charge sheet cannot be quashed but ask the accused to approach the Trial Court either to face trial or file application under Section 239 of Cr.P.C for discharge.
