A. If there is an FIR lodged against the same. It is advised that you challenge the same, AND/OR Quash such FIR under section 482 in the High Court.
A. If FIR register against u both . If yes then challenge it . Or go to the high court for quashing the FIR under section 482
A. Is the FIR filed or not against you both ? if it is filed then challenge the FIR and try to get it quashed by filing petition in high court.

Dear sir, I have a concern I believe strongly in a religious guru who solves all problems by giving dikshas, to me he is a guru but to others they blame me that I and my Guru are exorcists because there were few people who died naturally but they are blaming my dikshas for that. What would you say in this case?
There is a police who is observing and he says that I will be shown in media and taken into custody but my guru says that should be treated as coincidence because dikshas are given for solving personal problems and spiritual progress.
Because I am being blamed by others and a firm in a wrong way. I take dikshas for spiritual progress not to harm any body.
How much will a lawyer charge for this case?
