My friend Mahalakshmi.She was divorced unknowingly. her husband sent his wife and her children out of the house.What should she do now?

A.How unknowingly please consult with details if its a court order then file an appeal in high court.

A.If there has been a divorce then there should be an order from the family court which must be followed.
She should first find out how has she been divorced unknowingly and also what is the order of the court. She can claim alimony and also file a section 125CrPc on the grounds of destitution and vagrancy.
