Demarkation of agricultural land Demarkation of agricultural land

Sir
I had purchased a small agricultural land in the year 2012 from one of my known person. The purchased land was a small part of their big land. Thereafter I left Indore due to some job related issues. Now when I am asking for demarkating my land in order enable me to sell, they are not responding. The purchase land is registered in tensil in my name.
Kindly let me know what to do.

A.Sir, If you have all the legal Documents which verify that you are the actual owner of the land. Then you should follow the following steps

1. Complain to the police [ask them to come and tell them to let you demarcate the land and allow you to sell the same]
2. If the above fails, then, send them a legal notice for the same,
3. In case all the above fails, you can opt for courtroom proceedings.

Thanks
