My House belongs to my Grandmother (paternal). But Me, my mom and siblings are living in this house from 1996. My father lives abroad and visits only once in a year. According to Adverse possession laws can my mother claim the house from my grand mother and take the ownership without giving any share to my grandmother?? Its been over 20 years my mother is living here and my grandmother had never made any claim on this house. Can my mother claim it now and take ownership. Please advice what can be done to get ownership and not give any share to any one.

A.Dear sir,
It is to be claimed by your father and not your mother. You can file a suit and get your share.
