Promissory note written by lender's son as third party and which was witnessed by another two persons , is it legally valid

A.Promissory note only binding upon which person, who signed or executed on behalf of that person by another person, and not executable against whome who had not signed or executed tha same.

Irrespective of author of promissory note if its execution is proved then it is valid.
