A.If your job is of 8 hours and you are doing only for 7 hrs 20min. Then, the negligiency is on your part. You should follow your job timing. You cannot take legal action if you himself is negligient.

Sir,
Management has issued circular stating one has to put minimum of 7hrs of duty. Actually my average duty performed is more than 07hr.30 min. For the same iregularity others have not received such notice. Is it not a case of discrimination.

So, you can give reply of that notice. And claim your damages as counter for mental agony and harrasement. But this will effect your job.

Whether I can reply as biased attitude. How my job will effect. Is this not against natural justice taking different yardstick for different and giving someone exemption. As a precautionary measure I want to reply.

If you wants to continue your job then reply only in formal manner. Just mention some points by which your job will not be effected. And give a legal reply with all relevant points if you want to quit from there.

A.Dear Sir,
It all depends up on how you manage your boss. If you are too rule minded then the seniors may issue you another showcase notice and initiate departmental/domestic enquiry. If you are not comfortable with the present officers then you may get transfer to some other branch.

Sir,
It is not the case of biased attitude as all has to work 8 hrs. Notice given who are working for more than 7:30min. But no notice given those are working for less than 7hrs.
